For the reasons recorded therein, present Civil Application is also partly allowed, and respondent nos. 1 and 2 here are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited with this Court on furnishing usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, within a period of four weeks. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
