Heard learned counsel for the appellant to some extent, perused the investigation papers. The 11 years girl subjected to sexual assault and therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with direction to expedite the trial. 3.

Considering that an 11 years girl is victim and alleged to be sexually assaulted by the present appellant, the appellant is arrested on 28/10/2023. Considering the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
