The issue pertains to the apportionment of the compensation in favour of the respondent no.3 though such apportionment is objected by the petitioner nos. 1 and 2. It is claimed that the respondent no.2The Deputy Collector-cum-Special Land Acquisition Officer has no authority to adjudicate upon the rights of the petitioners and he should have referred the issue to the Competent Authority. 3.
