O R D E R

(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant/Insurance Company is present through his counsel. The respondent No.1/Yogita w/o Gopinath Nanwatkar is present in person. She has been identified by her counsel Shri V.A.Patait. As per Compromise, the Appellant/Insurance Company shall withdraw an amount of Rs.25,000/- without interest from the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company in the Registry of this Court and the remaining amount along with accrued interest shall be withdrawn by the respondent no.1.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are formal parties being driver and owner of the vehicle.

In view of the Compromise, the first appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.

The Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
