This is an application seeking direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 11-09-2021 seeking emergency parole. According to us, such applications, are required to be disposed of at the earliest. Therefore, we direct that the petitioner's application dated 11-09-2021 be disposed of by the concerned Authorities within 15 days from the date of communication of this order to them in accord with law and on its own merits.
