This writ petition was filed on 25th July, 2018 and since then it is pending before this Court. 2.

On 6th January, 2023, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and since long the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve the respondent no.1. The matter was adjourned under the caption of dismissal and thereby an opportunity was given to the petitioner in this case.

Today, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called out. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition and accordingly it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
