DATED : 14-11-2022 We are satisfied that in view of the appointment of the Chairman of the Appellate Tribunal, as is evident from Notification dated 11-7-2022, there is no propriety in keeping the petition pending since the orders which are impugned herein are appealable under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2022. 2.

We are further informed that the Appellate Tribunal is functional since July, 20222 and that the petitioner has already preferred appeal on 16-11-2021 challenging the orders, which are impugned herein. 3.

In this view of the matter, we dispose of the petition.

The interim order shall continue to operate only for further period of four weeks within which time the petitioner shall be free to move an appropriate motion
