This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the Appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay of 48 days in preferring the Appeal is hereby condoned. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.

C.A.F.NO. 3374/2017 By means of this Application, the applicant is seeking stay to the impugned decree dated 9.3.2017. The learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that the entire amount has already been deposited by the appellant.

In view of the statement, there shall be stay to the execution and decree dated 9.3.2017 passed by learned Member, MACT Amravati in MACP No.92/2009, till final disposal of the Appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of.
