The applicant is implicated in Crime 548/2021, registered with the Police Station Balapur, District Akola, for offences punishable under sections 326, 324, 504, 506 read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The crime is registered on the basis of report dated 12.10.2021, lodged by injured Santosh Gawande. Perusal of the report and the material available in the case diary reveals that counter reports are lodged as regards the incident. It is true that the injury suffered by Mr. Anandrao Gawande is attributed to applicant Pradip alias Shiwaji Dhore. However, applicant too
appears to have been assaulted, as is revealed from the case papers pertaining to Crime 549/2021 which is a counter report.

Co-accused Chandrashekhar Dhore is also released on bail subject to certain stringent conditions. The incident appears to have occurred due to some dispute pertaining alleged obstruction to the way to the agricultural field of the Gawande family, which is the complainant in the present case.

Considering that the applicant has no criminal antecedents, that the co-accused is granted bail, that the applicant is not a flight risk, he can be released subject to the same conditions imposed while granting bail to the co-accused Chandrashekhar Dhore. 6.
The applicants be released from custody subject to the following conditions:
(i) The applicant shall execute the personal bond of Rs.16,000/- (Sixteen Thousand) with one solvent sureties of like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall not make any attempt
to influence the witnesses, directly or indirectly.
(iii) The applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity while on bail.
(iv) Till the next six months, the applicant shall reside beyond the territorial jurisdiction of village Goregaon.
(v) The applicants shall not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
