DATED : 19-10-2016 The petitioner has come up with a complaint that the order passed by the School Tribunal is not complied with. The learned Advocate for the respondents has pointed out that the management has challenged the order passed by the School Tribunal in Writ Petition No.3580/2015 in which Rule is issued and an interim order is passed granting stay to the order passed by the School Tribunal on condition that the management pays the arrears of salary for the period from 01-05-2014 till 31-07-2015 and continues to pay the regular salary of the employee every month. The learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 has submitted that the conditions imposed by the order passed on 03-08-2015 are being complied. The learned Advocate for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

2 cp222.14 Considering the above facts, there is no reason to take cognizance of the complaint of petitioner in this contempt petition.

The contempt petition is disposed. The parties to bear their own costs.
