CORAM : MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, J.

DATED : AUGUST 02 , 2018 .

This is an application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.5,45,585/- with interest to the respondents-claimants.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the judgment and order dated 12.7.2017.

The appellant had deposited the amount of Rs.10,91,169/-. Out of the said amount, 50% of the amount was withdrawn and 50% of the amount i.e. Rs.5,45,584/- is deposited in the court.
