By this application, the applicants are seeking modification of order dated 24.04.2023 in First Appeal No.886/2019, decided on 24.04.2023.

By the Judgment and Order dated 24.04.2023, passed in First Appeal No.886/2019, the amount of compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rs. Eight Lakh) was awarded. Now, the applicant Nos.2 and 3 relinquished their rights in favour of applicant No.1, hence, this application for disbursement of the amount to the applicant No.1.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, which is supported by the affidavit of applicant Nos.2 and 3, who have relinquished their rights

(2) 1.caf.2460.2023 in favour of the applicant No.1, in view of that, the amount of compensation along with the accrued interest be disbursed to the applicant No.1, on due identification and verification.
