We noted in the order dated 09/01/2023 the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Akshaya Sudame that the claim of the petitioner to disability pension is approved in principle and all that remains is the uploading of the decision on the web-portal SPARSHA. 02] We had requested the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India Mr. Nandesh Deshpande to ensure that the decision is uploaded on the wet-portal SPARSHA preferably within a week.

03] Mr. Deshpande fairly states that there is some difficulty in communication and coordination and, therefore, he was not in a position to ensure that the decision is uploaded by the concerned authority.

04] We have perused the order dated 19/04/2022 (Annexure-XXXIII at page No.295 of the petition) issued by the competent authority, which accords approval for grant of disability element at 30% (Broad Banded to 50%) for life for ID(i) only.
