DATE : September 10, 2018 By these applications it is prayed that the legal heirs of respondent No.1 be permitted to be brought on record. In the application it is stated that the respondent No.10 expired on 05/10/2002 and knowledge of the same was received only when the notice was returned back unserved. The legal heirs have been duly served. As there is no opposition to the aforesaid prayer, the applications are allowed. Amendment be carried out within one week from today. The effect of death of respondent No.10 on 05/10/2010 shall be taken into consideration when the appeal is heard on merits.

Second Appeal No.381 of 2016 Copies for service on legal heirs of respondent No.4 be supplied within period of one week from today. Thereafter issue fresh notice to the said legal heirs, returnable on 23/10/2018.
