1] The learned Advocate for the petitioners points out that, in a total group of 19 matters, some of the respondents were agreeable to the terms settled between them and by order dated 21.12.2016, some of the petitions were withdrawn by the respondents. The petitions which are on board today are from the same group.

2] The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the employees submits on instructions taken from his clients, who are present in the Court, that they are also agreeable and these petitions can be disposed off in view of the benefits made available to the respondents by the petitioners, akin to the order dated 21.12.2016. 3] In view of the above, for the reasons set out in the order dated 21.12.2016 in Writ Petition
