I was not inclined to grant bail since prima facie I found that there is some additional material against the applicant which would exclude the applicability of the principle of parity.

The learned counsel Mr. Rai seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail before the trial court after the receipt of the report of the chemical analyzer as regards the blood stained clothes seized from the applicant.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
