The parties have filed this application for disposing of the civil revision application, as the dispute has been compromised between the parties. The terms of the compromise are incorporated in this application. The application is signed by the parties to the civil revision application. The parties endorse to the terms recorded in this application and also accept that the application bears their signatures. They also give an assurance that the terms of the compromise would be abided by them. The assurance is accepted.
