It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for applicant/respondent that short issue is involved in the present appeal and that the respondents/original claimants are yet to receive compensation for the acquisition of the land.

Considering the above facts, application is allowed and the appeal is directed to be listed for final hearing at the end of the admission board on 5th November 2019.
