Shri Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the issue involved in this writ petition stands answered against the petitioner by the order dated 6.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.5559/2015.

On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and on a perusal of the order dated 6.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.5559/2015, it appears that the petition raising an identical issue has been dismissed by this Court.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 6.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.5559/2015, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs.
