Civil Application No.587 of 2021 Ms Raskar, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that this matter may be expedited by granting fixed date, looking to the fact that some of the parties to this appeal are senior citizens and the suit is filed in the year 1989.

Accordingly, she submits that she does not want to press this application.

Learned counsel for the appellants has no objection if the matter is heard by giving fixed date.

Hence, the Office is requested to place the matter for final hearing on 10.01.2022.

Second Appeal No.143 of 2017 Learned counsel for the appellants undertakes to supply corrected copy of the appeal memo within three working days from today. Thereafter, the office shall place the application, for modification of Order dated 22.09.2021, on 23.12.2021.
