This is an application for condonation of delay of 1241 days caused in filing application for revision against Registrar's order dated 24.2.2015 whereby registration of the appeal was refused due to non-removal of office objections. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

For the reasons stated therein, the application stands allowed. Delay of 1241 days caused in filing the application for revision against Registrar's order dated 24.2.2015 stands condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association at Nagpur. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.

This is an application for revision against Registrar's order dated 24.2.2015 whereby registration of the appeal was refused due to non-removal of office objections. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Being aggrieved by judgment and award dated 13.6.2014 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Yavatmal in LAC No.73/2007, the applicant has filed the appeal. Due to non-removal of the office objections, Registrar (J.) of this Court on 24.2.2015 refused registration of the appeal. 4.

For the reasons stated therein, the revision application stands allowed. Order dated 24.2.2015 passed by the Registrar (J.) of this Court is aside aside. The first appeal stamp is restored to file. The office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel Shri M.A. Kadu for non-applicant No.1 and learned AGP Mrs. A.R. Kulkarni for non-applicant Nos.2 and 3 waive service for restoration of the first appeal stamp. JUDGE !! BRW !!
