1.
By this application, the original appellants / claimants seek modification of the directions given by this Court while disposing First Appeal No.410/2018 by which it is directed that the amount of compensation receivable by the claimants be kept in fixed deposit in nationalized bank and they are permitted to withdraw the interest which accrues on that amount. The claimants are seeking permission to withdraw substantial amount and the pleadings to support the request are found in paragraph No.4 of the civil application. 2.
After hearing the leaned Advocates for the respective parties and going through the judgment given in First Appeal No.410/2018 on 13th April, 2018, I find that the directions to keep the amount of compensation in fixed deposit were given after conscious consideration of status of the applicants. The pleadings of the
2 caf2417.18 claimants justifying the request for grant of permission to withdraw the amount is not supported by documentary evidence and even otherwise reasons are not justifiable.
3.
In view of the above, the civil application is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
JUDGE Tambaskar.
