In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of. The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount in court till 18.06.2025.

On deposit of the amount, the same shall be paid to the appellant as per para 12 of the Judgment dated 29.08.2024 in First Appeal No. 872/2024.
