This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the judgment and order dated 05/02/2021.

2] Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. points out that in the prayer clause of the Appeal, reference was incorrectly made to the notification dated 21/03/2016 when in fact, the correct date of the notification was 29/03/2016. He submits that on account of this, similar errors have occurred into the judgment and order dated 05/02/2021.

3] Accordingly, we grant leave to amend the prayer clause and further, in our judgment and order dated 05/02/2021, wherever dated 21/03/2016 or 21/03/2006 appears, the same is directed to be substituted with date 29/03/2016.
