DATE : 24/11/2021 Mr. Madiwale, learned AGP, invites my attention to the Notification dated 22.11.2021 issued by the respondent No.2, by which it has been directed that the elections to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) be held after the elections to the Primary Credit Co-operative Societies have been held, considering which, Mr. Karode, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition can be disposed of in light what has been stated in the Notification dated 22.11.2021, to which learned AGP has no objection.

The petition, is therefore, disposed of, in view of the Notification dated 22.11.2021.
