Learned Additional Government Pleader had taken time to give estimate in respect of disposal of Petitioner's proposal. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader states that as per the procedure, Sub Divisional Officer will have to forward the file with necessary remarks to the Collector who will in turn forward the same to Divisional Commissioner. It is informed that though the Divisional Commissioner is given the power to decide, the approval from the State Government is necessary. Learned AGP further states that in normal course such procedure would take 4 to 6 months. Therefore, the prayer sought that it should be completed within a period of four weeks as of today cannot be KOLHE

Recording this statement of the learned AGP, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
