It is stated that the applicants are doing the labour work and are having financial crises. Therefore, when they were asked to file the private paper book, some time was required for them to make arrangement towards the expenses of filing the private paper book. The averment made in the application, particularly in para 3 and 4 of the application, are not controverted in the matter.

Hence, the delay of 1206 days caused in applying for restoration of the appeal is hereby condoned. 3.

Application stands disposed of.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.16426/2025 1.

The learned counsel for the applicants made solemn statement that within a period of four weeks, he will positively file the private paper book in the matter. He further states that if the private paper book is not filed within the given period, this court can recall the order of this court dated 19.9.2019.

In view of this statement, the application is allowed. 3.

The office is directed to restore First Appeal St. No.15237/2018 to its original position.
