This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 1160 days in filing the revision application. Perused the application. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides. 3.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the delay is not diligently caused, but the mistake is that the minor office objections are not removed by the applicant. He, therefore, prayed that this application may kindly be allowed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 5.
