By these applications, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of applicant and permission to bring legal heirs of applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application and since right to sue survives against the non-applicants, the delay is condoned. For the same reason the present applicant is permitted to bring the his name in place of deceased applicant on record.

The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

Both applications stand disposed of.
