DATE : 10 th August, 2018 This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited by the employer in Court. Although, Shri R.E. Mohril, the learned counsel for the employer seriously objects to the withdrawal, I see no difficulty in granting the prayer in as much as even if the petition is ultimately rejected, the petitioner shall be entitled to the said amount. Be it noted, that the judgment impugned is not challenged by the employer.

The application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited in this Court by the employer, with the interest accrued thereof.
