The request is to restore Family Court Appeal No.90 of 2014 dismissed in default on 19.8.2015.

Learned counsel for the non-applciant Shri A.P. Chaware is strongly opposing the restoration. However, we find that the reasons for restoration are supported by personal affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant/appellant.
