We have seen the report of psychiatrist Dr. Prashant Tiple, who has certified that the petitioner is a mentally fit person. 3.

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to reconsider the request of the petitioner for releasing him on furlough in the light of the provision prevailing on the date of application being moved by the petitioner. 4.

Let the decision be communicated to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.

The Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6.

The professional fees of the appointed Advocate for the petitioner be quantified as per rules.
