The petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. On 23/03/2022, this Court was pleased to direct the Investigating Officer to continue with the investigation and to file charge-sheet only after taking leave of the Court.

The Investigating Officer has filed this application seeking permission to file charge-sheet.

Since, the investigation is complete, we deem it appropriate to allow the Investigating Officer to file charge-sheet, which shall be filed within two weeks from today.

The applicants are at liberty to take recourse to the remedy as available in the law. The application is disposed of accordingly. Criminal Application [APL] No.229 of 2022:- Stand over after two weeks.
