Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Learned A.P.P. has filed an affidavit dated 08.04.2015, of which paragraph 2 reads thus:

"I state that, after verifying the papers, it was revealed that the 'B' Final report was prepared in the present crime in the year 2012 itself but same was not submitted."

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the grievance made by the applicant does not survive in view of the submissions in paragraph 2. In view of above, we pass the following order.

(i) Criminal Application (APL) No. 574/2014 is disposed of accepting the submissions made in paragraph 2 of the affidavit in reply filed by non applicant-State.
