The appeal has been admitted. Maximum

punishment awarded to this applicant is of three years for the offence punishable under Section 212 read wutg Sectuibs 34, 109, 114 of the Indian Penal Code. He was on bail during the trial. He has paid the fine amount. Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly.

It is directed that the substantive sentence of imprisonment so far as this appellant/applicant is concerned, is hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal. Till that time, the appellant/applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the condition that he shall attend this Court, if required.
