DATED : SEPTEMBER 19, 2019 At the outset, Mr. Tathod, learned counsel for applicant submits that as during the pendency of present application, the investigating officer has filed charge-sheet on 12.09.2019, liberty may be given to him to file an application for grant of bail, afresh before the Court below. Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application afresh before the Court below in view of the subsequent event i.e. filing of the charge-sheet, which is a change in circumstance. It is to be made clear that case of present applicant was not heard on its own merit.
