DATED : AUGUST 6, 2018 Civil Application No.2440/2018 Heard Mr. Bhoyar, Advocate for appellant, Mr.Najbile, Advocate for respondent no.1-applicant herein and Mr. Damle, A.G.P. for respondent no.2-State. Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute in Mahalok Adalat on 22.04.2018.

The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.1,64,051/- before this Court out of Rs.1,77,620/-. Respondent no.1-applicant is, therefore, permitted to withdraw the said amount along with interest accrued thereon.

Mr. Bhoyar, further submits that as per the compromise, the appellant is required to pay further amount of Rs.17,109/- and he therefore prays for time of one week to deposit the said amount by cheque before this Court. Time is granted as prayed for. On such deposit, the applicant shall be entitled to withdraw the said amount also. With this, the application is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE kahale
