According to him, the petitioner is a person suffering from disability and therefore, he is entitled for the benefit of policy floated by the Government on 15.12.2004. He states that his request for transfer can be considered in the light of said policy dated 15.12.2004.

Be that as it may, the said issue can be decided by the respondent Nos. 2 and 4. Accordingly, we direct that present petition be treated as representation and same shall be decided by respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in the light of policy dated 15.12.2004 within eight weeks from today in accordance with law from the date of production of this order. 4.
