Subject to the condition that an amount of 50% back wages to the respondent, as directed by the Labour Court, be deposited in this Court within a period of six weeks, there shall be interim stay till final disposal of the petition to the judgment and order passed by the Labour Court, dated 27/01/2015.

Meanwhile, it is directed that no coercive action in Criminal U.L.P. Complaint No.4/2018 pending before the Labour Court shall be taken against the petitioner till final disposal of the petition. The application is disposed of.
