We are informed by the learned Counsel for the appellant that there is a report from the learned Trial Judge that the appellant met with a homicidal death in 2018. The first information report dated 18-1-2018 which is lodged by the mother of the appellant at Police Station, Yavatmal City, is placed on record.

We note the statement of the learned Counsel for the appellant that no relation or any other interested person has contacted the counsel for moving an appropriate motion seeking permission to prosecute the appeal.

The appeal is disposed of.
