Civil Application (F) No.3547/2014:

This application is filed seeking stay to the execution of the award and decree dated 14.12.2012 passed by the Reference Court.

The appeal is already admitted. Respondents are also duly served. However, no one is present on behalf of respondent.

Considering the fact that the appeal is already admitted and Learned counsel for the appellant is undertaking to deposit the amount of compensation in the Reference Court within a period of four months from today, subject to deposit of the said amount within stipulated period, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned award and decree application is disposed of accordingly.
