The Applicant nos.1 and 3 are produced before the Court by the Police Inspector of Police Station, Yavatmal (City) in execution of non-bailable warrant issued by this Court.

The present application is filed for grant of bail. It is informed that applicant no.2-Anandrao s/o Madhavrao Bodale is medically unfit.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants is junior to Late Advocate Shri Sudeep S. Jaiswal, who was not having any instructions to appear in the present matter when N.B.W. came to be issued. Earlier Advocate expired during Covid period. Now he is instructed by the applicants to appear on their behalf. It is submitted that even the applicants were not aware listing of the case. It is submitted

2 22revn212.16.odt that the applicants could not appear due to Covid-19, when bailable warrant was issued. Now they undertake that they will remain present and also abide by the terms and conditions imposed by this Court.

Learned APP has no serious objections considering the facts and circumstances to release the applicants on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court within seven days.

(ii) The Police Inspector of Police station Officer, Yavatmal (City) is hereby directed that the applicants be released in connection with Regular Criminal Case No.275/1994, with immediate effect, after the applicants execute P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of. In view of above, Criminal Application (APPR) No.319/2022 for recalling/cancallation of warrant is infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly. [SMT. M.S.
