In the circumstances of the case, the delay of four days in preferring the review application is condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. M.C.A. ST. NO.17820/2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the grounds raised in the review application. We had granted the relief in favour of the original petitioners in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case. In the said case, the applicants had also acted upon the partition and given the job to the other sharers, whereas it was refused to the petitioner no.2, who was an additional sharer and who was also entitled to employment. Hence, we had directed the applicants to employ the original petitioner no.2.

In the circumstances of the case, no ground has been made out for reviewing the judgment. The miscellaneous civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
