DATE : February 13, 2018 By these applications the legal heirs of respondent No.1 are sought to be brought on record. It is submitted that some of the legal heirs were already on record and in view of pursis filed by the counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, further steps came to be taken.

Considering these reasons, the applications are allowed. The legal heirs of respondent No.1 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within period of one week. Civil Applications are allowed and disposed of. Second Appeal No.366 of 2010 Shri S. O. Ahmed, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of legal heirs of respondent No.1.
