By this application, the cross-objectors are seeking condonation of delay of 531 days in bringing legal representatives of deceased cross-objector no. 1 on record. 3.

For the reasons stated in the applicant, which are not controverted by the non-applicant, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 997 OF 2024 4.

This is an application seeking setting aside abatement against the deceased cross-objector no.1. 6.

For the reasons stated in the application and the right to sue is surviving against the legal representatives, the abatement against the cross-objector no. 1 is hereby set aside. 7.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
