DATED : SEPTEMBER 6, 2017 In the morning session when this matter was called ,learned counsel for the applicant was present. The learned counsel Shri A.S.Band for non-applicant nos. 2 and 3 who made a statement before this Court on 23/8/2017 that he will file vakalatnama was not present, therefore in order to give one chance to Shri A.S.Band, learned counsel the matter was kept in afternoon session. Even in the afternoon session Shri A.S.Band learned counsel is absent.

I have seen the application for condonation of delay and application for restoration of criminal application. Both these applications are affirmed by learned counsel Shri M.S.Wakil himself.

I have gone through the contents of the applications. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the applications. Consequently, both the applicants are allowed.
