ORDER

(Passed on 13th July, 2019) 1] The parties with their Counsel state that they have settled the claim and the terms of compromise have been placed in writing which is marked as "X" for identification.

2] Shri Mohamed Walid s/o Mohamed Saud is present on behalf of the appellants as Authorize Signatory and filed letter vide Exh. 'Y'. 3] Parties settled the claims in full and final settlement for Rs.5,00,000/- inclusive of no fault liability (See. 'X').

4] The claim amount shall be paid within a period of 60 days from the date of passing of this order. Failure to deposit the amount shall carry interest @ 9% P.A. 5] Claimant(s) shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Court alongwith accrued interest. 6] Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules. 7] There is no reason to refuse this compromise. Hence, the matter stands disposed of in terms of compromise Pursis.
