The applicants seek to remit entire amount of compensation in the name of applicant no.(1-a) - Dadarao S/o Atmaram Khandare.

By order dated 05.02.2025, this Court has directed the Registrar (Judicial) to submit a report. Accordingly, the Registrar has submitted his report mentioning that other claimants are agreeable for remittance of the amount in the account of applicant no.(1-a).

In view of the above, amount deposited by the appellant - MIDC alongwith interest accrued thereon be given to applicant no.(1-a) - Dadarao S/o Atmaram Khandare for himself and for other applicants. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
