On 19 September 2019, this Court while issuing notice had directed the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to take a decision. The Chief nd.thawre

52-5859-2019.odt Officer has decided the representation and has rejected the request of the Petitioners for transfer. The Petitioners have not challenged the rejection of their representation.

Transfer of the Petitioners were effected in the month of June 2018. The Petitions are filed in August 2018 and are pending since then. Normally, the transfer takes place after three years. 3.

None appears for the Petitioners. Perhaps the Petitioners have lost interest in these Petitions by the passage of time. The Writ Petition are accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

If any, application for restoration is made, the Petitioners will demonstrate how cause of action survives.
