Upon consideration of the order under review, which rests only on one ground which is, as the school where the petitioner is working is likely to get grant, the petition deserves to be dismissed, is in ignorance of the consistent view taken in several Writ Petitions by different co-ordinate Benches at Aurangabad, Mumbai and Nagpur which was not brought to the notice of this Bench and therefore, we find that this matter requires fresh consideration on its own merits. The application is, therefore, allowed. Rule is discharged.
